Procedure

1. The procedure, like any waxing, is uncomfortable at first but frequent visits cut down on the pain factor as does 2 Advil an hour before the waxing. You can also apply a topical anesthetic, such as “Relax and Wax No-Scream Cream, 45 minutes before the procedure.
Book the appointment for at least a week after your period. As for the embarrassment factor — I like to think getting a Brazilian can’t be any more embarrassing than a typical visit to your gynecologist’s office. I have seen it all before.

2. The procedure depending on the area treated will take 15 min for an underarm wax and 30 for a Brazilian. For first time waxers and new clients I allow extra time so you can relax. The more regular you become the quicker and easier it gets.
The area to be waxed is exposed, clippered if necessary, cleansed and disinfected. The wax is applied with disposable spatulas to ensure a thorough hygienic treatment. Afterwards cleanser and soothing oil is applied.

3. Generally you should be hair free between 7 to 14 days. You are advised to return within 4 to 6 weeks to achieve the best results. Facial and underarm waxing need to be done more regularly(every 2 to 3 weeks ) as the hair growth is more obvious there and for those using razor, epilator or depilatory creams it takes 3 to 4 waxes to achieve the long lasting perfect smooth finish. This is because your hairs are at different stages of
the growth cycle. Regular waxing will help you hair get into the same cycle, giving a longer lasting result and a potential reduction in overall growth. If you have been shaving, using the epilator or depilatory creams you should allow 2 to 3 weeks growth to ensure a good finish to your treatment. Exfoliating the day before will prepare your skin by removing all those dead skin cells thus making the waxing more comfortable.

I advise you not to trim before hand, if it needs to be done I will do that for you.
